REGISTRATION MANAGER

This full-time position will report directly to the General Manager and serve as a “front line” public relations spokesperson for the Association.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Hiring & traininbg staff and developing/updating departmental procedures.
  • Overseeing collection of annual dues, amenity season passes, badge and rental fees, etc.
  • Determining member eligibility for each Lot according to ownership records.
  • Oversee issuance of photo ID badges and vehicle bumper stickers to qualified Members, Renters, Permanent Guests, Employees and Contractors.
  • Planning and designing new membership materials/passes and stickers and manage bid process/ordering of annual Membership materials.
  • Maintaining an inventory of membership materials as well as badge and rental records to yield statistics. 
  • Administer all rental procedures.
  • Assist other departments with special projects.
  • Create accurate reports relating to membership matters.
  • Interact with all department managers to assure accuracy and consistency of information given to members. 
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Exceptional customer skills and experience managing a customer-focused staff to assure a streamlined, efficient workflow.
  • The ability to be highly organized and work on multiple detailed projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of relational databases and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The availability to work weekends and holidays.

Must be at least 15 years of age or older, have knowledge of skiing and/or snowboarding and have your own equipment.
Training for all positions will be provided on site.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays, including Xmas thru New Year’s Day and Presidents Week, when school is not in session.
