ADMINISTRATION
 
 
ADVERTISING SALES AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Seeking an experienced Advertising and Community Relations Assistant to secure paid advertisers for the Hideabout, Web Classifieds and any other paid advertising needs for our community. Will work to create and develop advertisements in a timely manner. Generate and distribute invoices to advertisers using QuickBooks software.The successful candidate will attend special events to take photos and assist the Community Relations Manager with advertising needs.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 year's sales experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word and PC computer.
  • Demonstrate solid communication skills.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.


PERMITTING OFFICER
 

Facilitate the Environmental Control Committee (ECC) permitting process in its entirety. Works to support the Environmental Manager and the Administrative Assistant in day to day operations. The following outline denotes the general duties of the job position. Other related duties may be assigned by the Environmental Manager, as needed.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • A background in construction, zoning, building code, and code enforcement required.
  • Sound public relation skills, ability to communicate both orally and in writing required.
  • The ability to multi-task, manage time, and work independently is a must.
  • Must be a team player to support our diverse work program.
 
RECREATION DEPARTMENT
 
 
RECREATION PROGRAMMER (FULL-TIME)

This key role will plan, develop, coordinate and direct year-round recreational programs for all ages. Create posters/flyers for recreational events for the Community's publications. Assist in coordination of all activities such as, tennis, pickleball, outdoor and indoor leagues, clinics, camps, tournaments and other special activities. Manage social media sites to market and showcase events. Assist the Recreation Manager with daily operational functions, as needed.
 

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year's experience in a Recreational role.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to coordinate and attend recreational functions.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with staff, members and guests.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs a must.
 
 
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

FACILITIES DEPARTMENT



THE RECYCLING/TRASH COORDINATOR  (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
The Recycling/trash Coordinator will oversee, maintain and conduct the operations of the Hideout Recycling Center. Assist the membership to ensure proper disposal and compliance.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge of general recycling programs.
  • Environmental Conscious
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is to be used at all times.
  • Must be in a company issued uniform while on duty.

 
PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT


 

PATROL OFFICERS (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME) 
Ensure the public safety of Association members, guests, employees, and contractors. Maintain the enforcement responsibility for adopted Rules and Regulations. Maintain radio communications with North Gate Control Center and other patrol vehicles. 
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Certification in ACT 235 preferred. 
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.
  • Work is performed inside and outside with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable situations.  
 
 
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICERS (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
Coordinate emergency responses from Police, Fire and Emergency Response personnel. Maintain Command and Control Center for the Community. Keep radio communications between Control and Patrol Vehicles open at all times. Issue guest, visitor and contractor passes as warranted.
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members, guest and vendors. 
  • Basic knowledge of Radio Communications a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of First Aid/AED/EMT a plus.
