UPCOMING SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE



POOL/BEACH OFFICERS (PART-TIME) 
Maintain the enforcement responsibility for adopted Rules and Regulations as they pertain to Pool & Beaches.  Ensure the public safety of Association members, guests and employees.
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least one-year experience in security position preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of radio communications helpful.
  • First Aid/AED/EMT certification a plus.  
  • Able to remain calm in an emergency situation. 
  • Must be available weekends and holidays. 
 
BOAT PATROL OFFICERS (PART-TIME)
Respond to all incidents/complaints on Hideout Lakes. Issue citations when warranted. Maintain radio communications with North Gate Control Center and patrol vehicles. Notify the Shift Supervisor of any unusual occurrences. Knowledgeable of POA Rules and Regulations, Department Orders, and Operation procedures as they relate to the Public Safety function.
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least one-year experience in Security position preferred.  
  • First Aid/AED certification required.
  • EMT certification a plus.
  • Must possess PA Fish & Boat Commission Boater Safety Certification.
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.
 
 
LIFEGUARDS (PART-TIME)
To observe and supervise the activities of swimmers in and around the pool and beach areas. Respond to emergencies with emphasis given to Preventative Lifeguarding and the surveillance of all patrons.
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Individual must be American Red Cross certified in the following areas: 
  • Lifeguard Training
  • Waterfront Lifeguarding
  • CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
  • Standard First Aid
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.

GOLF DEPARTMENT



GOLF COURSE EQUIPMENT OPERATORS (FULL-TIME & PART-TIME)
In search of Full-time and Part-time Equipment Operators to perform maintenance on our prestige’s nine-hole golf course. As a golf course equipment operator you are responsible for keeping fairways and greens in optimal condition. Ideal candidates must be available weekends. Prior equipment operation experience is preferred.   
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge of the safe mechanical operation of motorized equipment, ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of maintenance tools, basic mechanical aptitude, ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Basic knowledge of the rules and strategies of the game of golf.
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
 
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

RESTAURANT EXECUTIVE CHEF
Execute and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the restaurant and company standards of quality and service are met. Develop quality products through consistent execution of menu items and line production. Optimize profits and increase sales by controlling food cost and production. Execute daily specials that reflect the standards of quality of the concept and that optimize profits and exceed guest expectations.  

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:    
  • Culinary Degree preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
  • Knowledge of food product purchasing, preparation, presentation, quality and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees and patrons.
  • Ability to set revenue and expense objectives and meet them in cooperation with the Food and Beverage team.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT


PERMITTING OFFICER
To facilitate the Environmental Control Committee (ECC) permitting process in its entirety. Works to support the Facilities Manager and the Administrative Assistant in day to day operations such as, review permit applications and other materials to ensure compliance with the Association's rules and regulations, issue citations for non-compliance, conduct residential resale inspections and any other related duties that may be assigned by the Facilities Manager.   

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • A background in construction, zoning, building code, and code enforcement preferred.
  • Sound public relation skills, ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • The ability to multi-task, manage time, and work independently. 
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.  
 
RECREATION DEPARTMENT
 
       

                                                                                    RECREATION OFFICE COORDINATOR

 The Recreation Office Coordinator assist in the coordination of daily operational office related tasks. Oversee inventory, work orders and scheduling for the Recreation Sports Complex, Art Center, game room and special events. Assist with inventory controls, boat registrations, campground registrations and compliance with all accounting procedures.  

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in general office operations required.
  • Strong background in administrative operations and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft office programs.
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and able to work as a team player. 
  • Valid Driver’s license

PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT


 
PATROL OFFICERS (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME) 
Ensure the public safety of Association members, guests, employees, and contractors. Maintain the enforcement responsibility for adopted Rules and Regulations. Maintain radio communications with North Gate Control Center and other patrol vehicles. 
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Certification in ACT 235 preferred. 
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.
  • Work is performed inside and outside with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable situations.  
 
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICERS (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
Coordinate emergency responses from Police, Fire and Emergency Response personnel. Maintain Command and Control Center for the Community. Keep radio communications between Control and Patrol Vehicles open at all times. Issue guest, visitor and contractor passes as warranted.
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members, guest and vendors. 
  • Basic knowledge of Radio Communications a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of First Aid/AED/EMT a plus.
 
 
FACILITIES DEPARTMENT
 

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
Perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, facilities and common areas. 
 
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • General knowledge of maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment and building components. 
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment and power tools and operate light trucks, tractors and light construction equipment. 
  • Ability to perform physical labor. 
  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) provided. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Must be available weekends and holidays. 
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License. 

CUSTODIAN (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)

Employee performs physical work necessary to maintain a high-standard of cleanliness, orderliness, appearance and sanitation in all Hideout amenities and public areas.


EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic understanding of safe commercial building cleaning methods and procedures;
  • Knowledge of the materials, supplies and equipment utilized in cleaning activities.
  • Able to frequently push, pull, kneel, bend and reach.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is to be used at all times.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
